New extension, Thame, Oxfordshire
This historic timber-framed building located in the centre of an attractive market town required a sensitive solution for a small rear extension to provide a dining space integral to the existing kitchen.
Although the original planning consent had already been gained, we refined the design and provided further specialist planning advice and drew up detailed construction drawings and specifications.
Our client now loves to entertain in this space, and it has transformed the way that she uses her kitchen and garden.
